Welcome to the Vendor Benefits Directory (the “Service”), provided by FamilyLawResources.com (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By subscribing to our Service, you (“Subscriber”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the rights and obligations of both parties.

  1. Subscription Overview

The Vendor Benefits Directory is an exclusive online resource designed to connect lawyers with vendors offering significant discounts on products and services. For an annual subscription fee of $299.00, Subscribers gain access to exclusive benefits and discounts provided by participating vendors.

  1. Eligibility

Subscribers must provide email address associated with a law firm or a company during the account registration process.

  1. Exclusive Discounts

Participating vendors in the directory are required to offer Subscribers an exclusive discount valued at $299.00 or more on their products and/or services. These discounts are available only to active Subscribers of the directory.

  1. Subscription Fee and Term

The annual subscription fee is $299.00. The subscription term is one year, beginning on the date payment is successfully processed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled as outlined in Section 5.

  1. Vendor Advertisement and Discount Details

Vendors’ exclusive discounts, along with instructions for redemption (including discount codes or other necessary details), are detailed in the directory on the vendors’ advertisement pages.

  1. No Endorsements or Liability

FamilyLawResources.com provides access to vendor discounts but does not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the quality or fulfillment of any vendor’s products or services. Subscribers are encouraged to review vendors’ terms independently.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive no less than, or a greater value than, the cost of your subscription fee ($299.00) in benefits within your first year of membership.

If this guarantee is not fulfilled, a full refund of your subscription fee will be issued. To qualify for the refund:

  1. Subscribers must provide documentation of any failed compliance by a vendor or denial of benefits by the vendor.
  2. Refund requests, along with supporting documentation, must be submitted via email to refunds@familylawresources.com.

Requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of receipt.

  1. Modifications to Terms

FamilyLawResources.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or through the website, and continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
